Oil pump worm washer SOLVED!
« on: 12.09. 2018 20:55 »
I don't have one of these which fits between the main engine pinion and the oil pump worm. I will have to fabricate.

Anyone have the dimensions of this washer? Esp it's thickness? The books show it as a dished waster with an internal chamfer. I can have one made or I have several similar imperial ones  the right size but I don't know the OD and thickness.

The pump worm washer is flat with internal chamfer, it is hard steel otherwise the worm just digs into it when torqued.
