Dayton Albatross Flamenco 1960
« on: 20.09. 2018 15:17 »
Firstly I wished that I had my camera with me when I found this stunning restored scooter. It was hidden in the back of a factory unit behind a dusty Rolls Royce. The owner bought and had it restored as it was identical to his first ever bike. It looks brand new and literally starts on the button. Villiers powered. I found one the same in OBM Sept 2018 Page 7. The owner seems to be at a loss as to what it may be worth and may need to sell it one day. It looks like it will win any classic bike competition. I found one on google advertised for £1999 and another for over £4,000, seems excessive.
Does any members have any input re a fair price to all parties ( including me ) Thanks.
