Can the crankcase oil reach the clutch bearing it looks wet or is it better to put in grease .

G'day atkin.
The short answer is no it shouldn't. But it can. In late plungers and swing arms if the crank seal is shot or in the early plungers (didn't have a seal) when it wet sumps it can add half+ of the oil tank to the primary (mine does).
By clutch bearing I assume you mean the one on the mainshaft.
 Why do you ask?
