Cylinder barrel and head paint

Can anyone recommend a good quality high temp paint for a cast iron thin flange barrel and cylinder head (1953 A10)

Hammerite smooth. Seems to stand up to road conditions rather better.

I've used an aerosol of satin finish heat resisting black engine paint, from Halfords.

I use PJ-1. Its a bit dearer but claims to stay on better. The film is not as heavy as some, its matt so raidates heat well, and I like the look. Comes in a spray can.

I’ve just had mine stove enamelled. £70 including blanking off all holes and blasting clean preparation.
I thought I couldn’t find a stove enameller, only powder coating which I didn’t want.
I had some tinware blasted by our local powder coaters  and when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a stove enameller they told me that they could do it. It looks a nice job but time will tell. They say it bakes on harder with heat and use. Apparently most people don’t want it bacause it is more expensive than powder coating.
