It's not really sad as he only sold a couple to make room for more bikes coming off the assembly line!
At 80 he is still incredibly productive.
Two weeks ago he started making a pork chop type crank for his HRDON ( HRD series A twin in Norton featherbed frame, pronounced " hard-on".
When he built the A twin he had an extra set of cases cast, those are the basis of the HRDON.
I think he is only building it for the name!

what firing intervals will that crank give ?

Its a 270 degree like a Ducati or my Thruxton R.
Just for fun he built the A twin at 360 degrees the same as a Norton/BSA/Meridian Triumph.
So it sounds very much like a big parallel twin.
The Hrdon is getting Suzuki fuel injection and has an upside down type GSXR front fork with Manx style brakes and wheels ( carved by Dan)
