Well it would appear logistics could be a problem but not an insurmountable problem. I am on the west coast US and have one, I did a lot of work putting the parts on it and got side tracked from completing it, However I could be talked into selling.
Mine was incomplete but secured most of the parts for it, Still needs fenders if you want to restore but have some Norton valanced fenders I was going to use on it. (Similar style)
I have a weird friend in Germany who usually visits 1 sometimes 2x a year and ships back motorcycles. You can find him at Vetterama (The big German swap meet-autojumble) I wont post all his secrets online but he has a reasonable method to export and deal with customs, taxs and ports of shipment and entry.

The Bike is a 52 I think, and good resto candidate, or could be built into a "Hot Flash" and I have the parts to do so.
