Fitting a brake switch
« on: 27.02. 2020 19:20 »
I've bought a replica Wipac brake switch. I know how to mount the switch and I know where and how the wires fit but as the switch pivots how are the wires supported - to stop them from fracturing - is it anything to do with the little ears on each side?

The pivoting movement (if any) is so little that it won’t affect the wires
The switch bracket is just made that way to allow for mounting height adjustment.
Once tightened you’ll notice that the switch is clamped tight and won’t move.
