They are just bits of tube with the ends squished. Not too difficult to make.

The tube is 0.5", (12.7mm) diameter. Between hole-centres is 5.25", (133mm). The tube flats are 90° to each other. After flattening, the ends are shaped to a curve. The front flat end is bent outwards slightly to allow fastening on the frame lug.

I found that I needed half-thickness nuts to get everything on the rocker-box studs

To get an authentic flat you may need to make a pair of shaped pieces for your vice/press. You can see that the flats have a curved shape at the uncrushed end.

Hi Pawel. Here's what I have, one is obviously broken which is why I bought a new pair (about £15?). I can send them to you if you like - free of charge to help you with your rebuild. It will be easier to make your own (if you decide not to buy some) if you have an original in your hands! Cheers, Simon
