Fearie,

I seems like you are using the picture from Baxter Cycle, why aren't you buying it from them?

Is it worth asking one of the local forum members to research costs of buying and posting to you? I cannot believe the quoted postage cost is the actual cost.

I bought a sprocket in the UK for a US member and posted it across the pond. I don't remember what it cost but I do not think the postage was that huge.

There's something odd about postage from US lately. Used to be reasonable, but seems to have got complicated recently. I've seen postage carges of almost $50 for something that'd fit in my pocket. Dunno if it's the retailers trying it on, or the postal system. When you get quoted almost $20 for a small gasket to the UK (and they know they'll lose the sale if it can't be done for $5) , summat's amis.

I can check USPS this Saturday and let you know. I can do the purchase and shipping if it seems OK. I need an order from Baxter, so shipping to me would be pretty cheap.
