Getting there !!
Nightmare with the fork seal holders - first pair were oval - 10 thou. out of true - next pair were round and screwed on fine but the oil seal shoulder was 5 thou too big so spent a while triming down the steel backed seals till they fitted -
anyway - onwards and upwards - got the gearbox back together (thanks to Keith) - Should be rolling next week maybe, when I get a back wheel.

G'day dtb, that looks great mate. Ticks a lot of my boxes.
Only 1 concern. The rear guard support doesn't look like it would give much support with a 100kg rider sitting back on the seat. I had similar on my cafe and ended up adding another strut to the lug on the inside of the frame below the top shock mount.
Cheers
Edit add pic to show what I meant.

Got it up and running now - started very easy once I'd synchronised the "flux capacitor"   *smile* - just a siezed camring really, but pretty remarkable after standing all those years.
Now where might I find some Brakes !!
