I think there is a lot of odd 'information' being bandied about at the moment that is mostly to try to some degree to control our behaviour generally rather than to do any good an an individual level.
I've just flown to Scotland and back at the weekend and tbh the whole business with masks for that is a fiasco.
I think ultimately the economy will have to be prioritised, and most of us are going to have to have Covid ... just not all at once.
