Quality Lever Perches

Is there a company making high-quality lever perches (the type with a mirror mounting hole) that don't eventually fracture? I think I've had about four fractures of Emgo perches. Yes, I understand the economics of production for a limited market, and the Emgo product fills a need.

I don't believe I've overtightened the clamps because I line the loose "U" with a bit of innertube so less screw torque is required to grip the bars.

Got Halcyon bar end mirrors myself. Top quality
They seem to have clamp on mirrors also.
If the quality is as good as the bar end types, I wouldn’t hesitate Richard.

that lever fracture is quite common and dangerous. i use a banjo clamp and spacer between the clamp and handlebar to stop the flexing that ultimately causes them to snap

Perches. Mirrors can adapt and are unlikely (maybe not impossible) to be dangerous if one breaks, unlike levers.

May well not be what you want at all, or might at least make for a temporary solution.
I use std perches and a separate clamp for a mirror. (I can't stand bar end mirrors). Bit like this;

G'day Richard.
Looks like the problem you have is the flat bit of the perch is supposed to be in contact with the bar. Yours look like every time you pull the lever there is stress/flex at the clamping point.
