Hi..Pete in Florida, newbie with 60 A10, use to drive to work 1-3 days weekly, attorney, 60 yrs old, has mgb, Boxster S, Packard 110, Vulcan Drifter 1500, has owned plethoria of British bikes, cars.

Hi Pete, looks like a nice restoration job. One point though, it might be a trick of the light but the fork shroud tubes look unusual, as though they are flattened off at the back?  *conf*

You got me curious.. ithe top half of each tube is flat in back where it bolts to the tree, the bottom half of each is round.  Thanks.

Hi Pete,

I have 3 BSA's with that type of nacelle and I had to go to the garage to check them out  *doh*.  Yours is quite correct.  The top half of the trouser leg is flat and the bottom half is round.  I think the problem is within the photograph as we very rarely see a picture of the nacelle from that angle.

Nice looking bike Pete.  I see that you have a Porsche and a MG, but what is the other white/cream color car in the garage?  Just curious.

My fork tubes ( trousers ) are also flat at the back/top - think there supposed to be

Help.. gapping points, does anyone gave info about assembly with insulators etc??? Photos?

Never mind... figured out points isulators, starts right up.. merry Christmas and the other car I have is the 1940 Packard 110 club coupe. Pete J
