For Sale 1958 BSA A10 Super Rocket
« on: 12.01. 2021 21:54 »
Hi everyone,

I am looking to sell my 1958 BSA A10 Super Rocket. Frame number A77506 Engine Number CA10R 7931 HHC.  Located in Portland Oregon.

I purchased the bike in 2014 while living in Aarhus Denmark and Imported it Portland Oregon when I moved in 2016. I have subesequently returned overseas and the bike is garaged and needs to be riden.

A bit of my history with bike. I purchased it not running and had the engine rebuilt at a local shop in Denmark, https://cjrenovering.dk/

I still have a few photos from the rebuilt.

The magneto was reuilt at the same time by a local member of the BSA community.  When I returned to the USA after riding it for a summer, I had the top rebuilt, with new valves seated. The oil pump was also changed, fork seals and wheel bearings were replaced.

The bike runs well but needs some attention to get it ready for the year.  It seems to be wet sumping a bit and the right cylinder seems to be a little smokey, the fuel tank should be cleaned and re-etched.

Its a very honest original bike. Some components have been re-painted (fenders) but the frame and tank show patina.

If you are interested please approach me and we can work on terms.
