chronometric plate for a 51 plunger golden flash

Hi,
I am looking for the plate screwed on the top yoke to place a chronometric
The year means I don't have a cowl, and I don't find on parts list this item to source it...
Also not sure of the part number of the correct chronometric, or by default the correct indian one that is proved to do the job in this configuration.

There were a few detail differences from year/ models but the basic dimensions are the same
There should be some rubber buffers above and below the bracket to isolate the speedo from vibration

Evidence that I had to search in B group to find this part... I may have think that option before.
