Corporate expression:
"Direct exposure to high-amplitude vibrations within certain frequency ranges may degrade the performance of these systems and lead to reduced image quality for photos and videos,"

Realworld expression:
"Motorcycle vibrations may shake phone lenses to pieces"

Why oh why don’t they warn us about the bike frame breaking from vibration?

Or the exhaust, or the bulbs, or the fillings in my teeth!

No a problem if they stay in your pocket where they belong
If you really have to take videos from a bike mounted camera then get a camera designed to be mounted on a motorcycle
The GO-Pro clone I bought years ago CJ Cam ) has no problems from being clamped onto the M20
Of course you can not watch the movies unless you are also sitting on an M20 but why wouldn't you do that
Best seat in the house.
