Many thanks for your responses. I’ve managed to get the tank brazed and refinished. It’s now fitted and oil tight.

Hi, I’m recommissioning a 1953 A10 plunger. Unfortunately the oil tank has failed at the top bolt fixing. Anyone got one for sale?
Cheers

Can you post pics of your split oil tank for reference?

I have a couple of plunger oil tanks, not sure which one you need. The bad news is I am in the colonies in Texas, so postage may be an issue. Lloyd L

Is the oil tank unrepairable? There's some very skilled welders around.
