Headstock greasing question
« on: 15.05. 2023 23:25 »
The bike is a 1958 swing arm frame.

I use the grease nipple once a year in the headstock. 3 pumps and I usually have new grease gooshing out.

I dont remember if the headstock tube is solid on this bike, or if maybe pump number 1 and 2 are slowly filling the frame full of grease.

Could somebody with an open frame take a look for me?

 Thank you,
Lee

There is no route for grease to get into the frame tubes, and most of the void is filled with the steering stem so you only need a few pumps before the headstock is full.
