20 inch tyres/tubes
« on: 31.08. 2022 02:04 »
Hi Everyone
Does anyone know of a source of 20" tyres and tubes in Australia?
They seem to be available in the US, but the sources I've found so far are quoting around US$200 for shipping!
Theyre for a 1929 AJS M6 that's my current project.
Cheers

Not an aussie supplier but nz, but this price list may help identify manufacturers……under his motorcycle section…..or maybe you have a mate who travels to nz periodically . 19” tubes will probably do.

Thanks KiwiGF
Those prices look quite good compared to other overseas sites I've looked at. I've asked them for a quote for delivery. I'll let you know how it works out.

I get my 20” fronts from vintage tyres in beaulieu uk, and run 19” tubes on the vincent

Thanks RocketRacer
Vintage Tyres are showing out of stock for the Ensign Universal which I'd need for the rear, which is a shame as their price looks good. I haven't heard back from NZ yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks Brian
I'd seen the Speedmaster at motorcycletyrewarehouse, but they have nothing for the rear and I'd like to get both front and rear from someone who bothers to stock the unusual.
