Nice capacity on the miller though - can't quite get whole wheels, even with tyres off, on mine.  *problem*

Obviously not a trained machinist! Chuck key in the chuck, absolute recipe for disaster.
Yes, I note your concern, however, it's impossible to close the chuck guard with a key in the chuck.  I won't be led into some sort of sarky response, life is too short.
