I think it would be quite obvious to name C&D Autos and SRM for their good service and parts.

Recommendation for Priory Magneto's not only for the mag/dynamo side but for the parts side of things. Very good prices and super fast service. Ordered yesterday lunch time on my doorstep this morning. Know's his stuff as well  *thanks*

Another recommendation for Priory Magnetos, again both for the mag and dynamo side of things as well as a very well stocked parts supplier - good prices, helpful bloke.

Just a quick mention for E and J Hammond in Connahs Quay, Flintshire, North Wales (01244 830900) who have just re-bored the barrels on my Star Twin for a very reasonable price. Eric is a proper old-school engineer and has done a cracking job.

I've used this very good company in Derbyshire a few times for cables and other electrical items: http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/

You can get single core thinwall in different thicknesses with a colour trace if you're fussy (like me) about replicating the original colours: http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/section.php/198/1/single-core-pvc-thin-wall-cable

Click on the thickness you want and select the colour from the drop down 'Colour' box.  You can buy by the metre, 30 metre or 100 metre.

For those nearer to London The rebore shop in farnham is superb, old guy called Tony who had A10's for years runs it and is the only employee if it goes to him it comes out right. For other stuff cranks etc Roe Engineering at Church Crookham is great got a few classics himself and even took my crank over to Kempton Auto Jumble one Saturday for me to collect as I could not get to him during the week.

Both companies are great but it might take a bit of time to get away when you take an A10 part in as they do like a chat about the old bikes.

I forgot the guy who did my speedo. Greybeard recommended him and the service was top class somewhere in Nottingham but greybeard will have to supply his name cos I have totally forgotten it and am not going to search through a bout 10'000 receipts to find it  *smile*

+1 for Westway. Good prices on high spec lubricants and other fluids with very quick delivery. I’ve bought from them a few times.
