are there spacers under the damper lock plate that stops the knob from moving,i can see in the parts book that it looks as if there is ,and the rear handlebar bolts are longer,so what thickness are they ?cheers,

Andy,
There is a thackeray washer under the damper knob.
If you don't know what that is, it is a double turn flat spring washer.
I'll have to get back to you on the bolt lengths. They are 5/16" 26 TPI with a reduced head size.
From memory, the bolts are the same length on the Flash but the rear ones are longer on Rockets because of the damper retainer and spacers.

Andy,
The bolt lengths are :- 1" & 1 3/16"
The spacer under the clip is 5/8"d X 3/16" thick.
The washers under the bolt heads are 9/16"d X 0.075" thick

thats great cheers, i thought they were about 1/4" under the plate,but being a pattern plate the bend may be a little out,cheers again,
