Need help installing plunger units

anyone have a picture of plungers in the frame without the wheel ?  Which one goes on which side ??  is the bigger spring on top or bottom?

I had the picture but diagram but it only showed one unit and was not sure which one went on what side ,,or if big spring went on top or bottom,,but have it sorted now :)  antone have any of the spring collars ? seems I need some

I printed them all out and keep them in the shed.
Be careful though, mine keep catching on fire.

Anyone have a picture of how the brake drum attaches to the wheel mount.. on the left side,,and of the brake drum cover ,,can't tell from the book what I need and how it fits together

 as for the plunger unit parts,,I have to find bushings as well,,really disappointed in the ones I picked up,,missing pieces,,someone took a torch to try and get old bushing out,,etc..most likely going to spend what I paid just to get the rest of the parts just to have it all there.

Hi HP,
On the inside of the brake drum/sprocket there should be a spline held in place by 6 bolts and retaining clips - this spline slips onto the spline on the crinkle hub which should have a large rubber that fits over the wheel spline. Will post a pic from the manual over the weekend if I get time.

Draganfly (UK based) sell most plunger parts - alternatively shouldn't be too hard to buy blank bushes and them reamed to fit your plunger columns?

I know how the brake drum mounts the hub,,,,I ment the drum to the plunger part..by the looks of it ,,it seems to be like old Harley mechanical brake,,but not sure

There should be a threaded sleeve (no. 36 in the attached) pic going through the drum with a flat on both sides that goes into the lug on the plunger unit and then the large nut (no. 45) screws onto that to hold it all together.

When you assemble it make sure you are not missing any spacers especially no's. 22 and 12.

The sleeve that is on evil bay is not a plunger one, its from either a rigid or swingarm frame.

I've added a picture of the plunger set up.
