Frame insert 67-4036
« on: 19.10. 2011 13:51 »
Heya Folks,
I may have not done it correctly, but posted a couple of queries about the top front engine mount 'Frame Insert' for a plunger A10. I just bodged up a piece of tube roughly the size and'm happy to fabricate same again, but does anyone mind to measure the width of same between frame lugs, and post it up, I tink da frame's a bit bent and need this to fix it properly??? I started building this tractor late '70s from bits and bodges, had it rego'ed till '84 when all went faecal. Now trying to get it happening again, but not a resto job just something to truck 'round on.'

nb It's currently in (almost)as many bits as I can get it into-the speedo worked last time I rode i,t so best left alone!!!!!
Started building in about 1977/8 a on average '52 A10 -built from bits 'n pieces never resto intended -maybe 'personalised'
Have a '74 850T Moto Guzzi since '92-best thing I ever bought doesn't need a kickstart 'cos it bump starts sooooooooo(mostly) easy
