You lucky sod Wozza, what impressive machines ,was that a brewster buffalo? if it was they are as rare as rocking horse whotsit and also nice to see a mustang in RAAF COLOURS ,the mustang 's my second favorite plane the first being the spit ,any there ??  i live on the Southport side of liverpool, very close to RAF Woodvale .This was the base that last operated spitfires in the UK and that "donated" it's spitfires when disbanded to start the memorial flight,I had the pleasure of watching a spit land at the base last year ,still sends a tingle down my spine listening to noise of the merlin , to see it turn in dropping it's wheels was pure magic, almost has good as riding my A10, regards BobH

The Brewster is a CAC Boomerang that didn't always come back! They were a little slow, i forget if they used a Pratt&Whitney or a Wright Cyclone, I'd better google it.
