Chronometric speedo I.D.

Hi Chaps , I have tried the Search heading & could not find the info I need.
Need to ID what bikes used these speedo's :
  SC 5301/31      1296.
  S 467/54    1296 (Triumph , sorry about that!)
 S 433M or S433 B/EX or S434 B/EX .... all 3 #'s on the face

Well , somebody refferred me to the Wardepartment website in the UK & they list the 80 mph speedo from the M20.
Theirs is also NOS ... asking price 500 Pounds !! Wow.
