... not to mention congratulations and appreciation to Erling for the work it took to organize the photos and the poll.  Now,  we just need a lot more people to vote.  I guess this reply will help keep the poll on Page 1. E,  is it against policy for admin to broadcast email asking members to vote? With 400+  members we will hopefully have at least 100 voters.

Thanks Richard. It's not that much work, but figuring out how to do it and get the files where they should be etc takes some time.

There are some really good pictures & very fine bikes in there, let's hope many will show their appreciation by voting.

Sorry for the loading time of all the pictures (full picture links otherwise not allowed on the forum), but I'd think this is an OK way to browse trough them all.

39 votes for 39 photos. That is pathetic for a forum of over 450 members, most of whom come in all excited about the help they (you?)  get and so happy to have found this place. I'm disappointed on Erling's behalf. Nevertheless, barring an extension of voting time, I think the current leader would certainly make a worthy winner.

Maybe this "Forum" needs to be converted to an online motorcycle club with annual dues to pay for server expenses,  Best Picture prizes and to provide honorariums (look it up if you think I'm throwing around big words) for the administrator and moderator.

There are many really good pictures there, we're into calendar standard.
42 votes by now, any more members feeling like giving their appreciation to those fine bikes (and owners)?
Votes ending in one week.

Thanks

It was a hard choice(I'm sure my votes registered?) for lots of different reasons, a variety of different styles and a lot of hard work on the bikes to keep them happening. Good work and lots of appreciation to all- Cheers

50 voters now, that was the minimum number that was hoped for, but could be better still, if anyone wants to participate, it's open until june 15.

Thanks

  • 1961 super rocket. 1950 m20.
Have just voted,
It,s a rubbish excuse but even though I often read the forum,I seldom delve into this section.I thought it was an old poll as it says 2010-2011.
Today I noticed a comment that was posted today and was drawn to look.
Wow! what a selection.I could have chosen them all.Thank you to all those who put their pictures on and made my evening.
 Cheers. Mark
