I noticed a loud tapping from one(I thought) valve and a bit down on power. So being a good owner I set to work. Opening up the rockerbox and checking found ALL the valves were at zero thou cold
. I reset them to 10 inlet 12 exhaust. She now goes like a scalded cat, and what a noise from the reverse cone sends small animals and children running for cover
.
Now she easily pulls 60 going up hill in top and then opening her up pulls even more
. So people check those gaps even if the valve gear taps a little more its worth it.
