Where to get wheel parts

Wheres the best place in the uk to buy wheel rims and spokes etc ? The original wheels on my a10 were dangerously rotten when i got the bike , i want to have a bash rebuilding them myself , i want to use stainless steel rims and spokes. Looking for good value not conkers quality.

Just had Mine relaced in stainless steel (rims & spokes) by Devon Rims .
They have done a lovely job .

Devon are a bit on the salty side pricewise though stephen, do bsa wheels need butted spokes or are the plain type ones ok ?

I got mine from CWC in Birmingham,http://www.central-wheel.co.uk/index.html,  they have a a little deviation where the lap joins, but don't know that with a tyre on. otherwise nice rims. They're not hard to lace up,(I coped), but I took them to the pros to true them.
    Before you strip yours, make sure you measure the offsets, take photos and get every bit of detail.

I got my rims on ebay from jrpclassics (they're Wassell but seem reasonable quality) and spokes from Black Cat Wheels - good quality and helpful chap (Mike). Seem to be fine to me. Cost around £150 / wheel.

I can second Devon Rims, just had both wheels in full s/steel via Mike at Black Cat Wheels in Wolverhampton, great job for £161.00 per wheel. So pleased with s/steel finish just bought exhaust and silencers in s/steel from Armours, stunning appearance, goes nice with my s/steel fork seal holders from Barleycorn.

Exhaust and silencers in s/steel from Armours, finish is as deep chrome, they will look great when fitted, they also offer s/steel mounting bracket for £5.00 each, the silencer has pinch bolt supplied, so no clamps or clips to buy.

be prepared to do some engineering work on anything bought from armours, i bought a set of stainless steel pipes and silencers from them for my triumph and was disappointed, they didn't fit correctly and i kinked one of the pipes slightly trying to twist it out, also stainless turns a gold straw colour near the head very quickly. a good set of chrome pipes/silencers looks great.

I also was disappointed with Central Wheel... I bought the best chrome rims and spokes only to find rust spots coming through within months...

I have cwc stainless rims on my triumph and they have been excellent , ridden the bike in allsorts of weather and they look the same as when i bought them.
