Hi Chaps,

Could someone explain the apparent side profile shape differences of the dual seat on A10s.
On some the "bannana" profile seams more exagerated than others, where they appear much flatter.
Is this a year/model thing or is it to do with rear mudguard heights or other mounting variations or am I imagining it!

Hi Spyke
The banana shape is more than likely due to the centre support rubbers being not adjusted correctly or missing altogether allowing the seat pan to bend in the middle. The seats did change in 59/60 to a wider seat at the front and the side panels became a bit thinner showing more of the frame.

Both of the above.

In most cases the extra curve in the seat on the motorcycle is due to the extra curves in the seat of the riders ( we ain't getting any lighter)
