Manual advance issues

Hi Guys
  I am having troubles with my Manual mag on my 61 Super rocket.  It seems that the plunger is getting jammed into the cam ring.  It seems to be OK as long as the mag is not being run.  As soon as the bike is run it jams.  I have tried a new cable, spring, and different plungers.  The only thing I havent tried is a new or another end cap.  Any ideas?  Thanks Jeff

G'day Jeff,
Have you given the cam ring a thin coat of grease
on both sides, it maybe locking up a bit,

Jeff, make sure you check that the cap actually fully locates the cam and doesn't allow it to wander outwards.
