Good to hear you've passed! You'll enjoy riding a BSA. Go careful when using hand signals. I often deliberately ride past my right hand turn, pull in then U turn when road is clear. Much safer.

Well done Chicago

Don't know how those of us who took our test in days long gone would fare with today's procedure.
I'm consistently getting left side lug burn about my over use of indicators, but I stick to the words of my old driving instructor " they're directions indicators laddie not right of way indicators"
All the best - Bill
1961 Flash - stock, reliable, steady, fantastic for shopping
1959 Rocket Gold Flash - blinged and tarted up  would have seizure if taken to  Tesco

Very pleased for you, absolutely correct Bill not sure how I'd fare particularly has I've not ridden my a10 regularly during this year , I'm thinking hard about going on a refresher course run by a local council, thats if still running next year ,regards BobH

Good on yea Chicago, a bit more incentive to get it back together, (why'd you pull it down, I forget?) Just don't get busted on a test ride taking it out the driveway to the road to do a u-ey
 Cheers duTch

cheer's dutch, i had an oil leek from head gasket so i put new one on, but i thought while i had the head off i'd cheeck the pistons and barrels, and on checking the rings i found one off the oil scraper ring's had a chip out of it, so changed the oil scraper rings, slamed it all back together and now wont start *problem* i think i might of fried the magneto, i hope not, i'm going to post a new thread about it to get some opinion's. all the best guys, chicago
