Correct primary chain ?

Thanks to all for your info ref oil pump, the other prob that i can see in the distance is the primary chain, the one that came with the bike was a bit rusty !!!! but 67/70, links when fitted i could have run it around twice !!!! (Joke) ive found out since the wrong sprocket, 18t ive got a new one from the net 21t which i think is correct,new chain ive orderd still i think it is going to be to long any one know what the right chain should be ??? this is what happens when you purchase a box of bits.

You didn't indicate what year/model you have, but a 1954 Road Rocket with standard gearing had a 69 pitch primary, which means you will also need a half link to get the correct length.

Hello, Sparky, thanks for your  reply, the problem that i have is this bike came from everywhere the year ,dont know everything i have to source from the net ,etc,not a wise thing to do buying a bike like this.( box of bits)
