All sorts of reports re stolen classics of late. They seem to know what we have and where we live. A friend of mine had a rare car serviced recently by a main dealer. It was stolen from her garage within a week overnight and keys were used ( not hers ), never found.
Is there a naughty supplier out there, like to think not.

I often wonder about whether we should show our reg nos on any pics we post. There have been many reports in the past about dodgy parking companies who can access the address from the reg no.

It is surprising how many other people can get access to this information and government websites have been shown to be quite vulnerable to hacking in the past.

We also tend to go to shows and rallies and it would be very easy for unscrupulous types to make a shopping list of bikes and their reg nos and find out where they are kept.

Not sure what the answer is - possibly a large dog!

And a reminder to not post too much personal stuff (private telephone nr, adresses, complete names) on any forum, crooks may spend time looking for interesting info, as they do on Fa(r)cebook.

Just to add, a lot of sellers cover their number plates on ebay sales. BUT the family car is parked next to it showing it's number plate DER !!!
When I order parts from sellers I have them delivered to work.
