Think you'd find Draganfly M/Cycles could do you most sorts of BSA plates (depends which clutch of course) - I've found them pretty good. Otherwise, I'm sure SRM, and probably also C&D (and a fair few others) could supply. Not sure how many people actually make the things - I suspect a lot of the ones we can buy come from the same manufacturer, like gaskets etc etc.
