G'day Paul.1/4" BSW x 1" long allen head screws. Use a thread sealant and spring washers. Be careful with the case threads, they will strip out if you over tighten the screws.Studs are the better option. 1/4" x 1-1/4" long with 1/2" of BSW thread and 3/8" of CEI (cycle 26 tpi) thread. There's not a lot of room to get a spanner on the nuts so I use the extended tappet cover nuts.Cheers
1/4 x 26tpi CEI (60 degree angle), but 1/4 x 26 tpi BSF (55 degree angle) will be virtually the same and nuts interchangable. You will likely find some nuts sold as 1/4 CEI are actually 1/4 BSF and not notice any difference between them.
Hello Roy, might these do ebay No 112349075488only prob is they are stainless
Well done Roy, Let us know how you get on. A drop of Loctite nut lock on the studs will keep the studs in place and spring washers on the nuts. ELLIS
