If you use the QD front wheel you will have to find the wider yokes or widen the others. There was a wide top yoke on UK ebay a little while ago but I havent seen bottom one for sale and are very hard to find. If your bike is 1949 onwards you dont use the QD front wheel but the common 7inch half width drum brake. QD was only for 47-48 but I recon you know that.

71/4" to be precise. 67-5028 Top Yoke, 67-5016 bottom Yoke. I carry this info in my wallet incase I stumble on some at a swap meet.  *idea*  I'm always on the look out for a front brake drum also, they're rare too :! Cheers TC

Welcome to the forum, am hoping you will enjoy our friendly (and hopefully helpful) shed on the net.
An introduction post and a few bike pictures in Bikes, Pictures & Members always appreciated.

G'day HRD Vin, welcome to the forum. I have sent you a PM re someone who may have the yokes you're after. I would be interested in the backing plate and brake drum, and will now take my foot out of my mouth.   *problem*  They arn't THAT RARE...  *whistle* OR Expensive  *pull hair out* Cheers Tom
