G'day Steve,  *welcome*.
Have your loops been cut off by a previous owner? If not it might be a scrambles frame, and if so don't alter it.
I don't think anyone is making them (not enough call for'em). Best to copy from another A7/10.

  • Last had an A10 in 1976, in 2011 it was time for my 2nd one. It was the project from HELL (but I learned a lot....)

In this post, link below, is a pic of a footrest lug I made with an angle grinder from 40mm bar, anything is possible given time and patience (and an angle grinder)  *work*

I have a feeling Hes refering to the loop section of the frame which the pillion footrest eyelets are attached to ?
If this is the case they will need specialist rolling & fitting to the frame .
I own a 1955/56 B.S.A Swinging Arm "Golden Flash" , had it since 1976 .

like muskrat said, you may have a spitfire scrambler, which is not real common. i got an A10 with no pillion peg loops, checking on it found it was a 1962 gold star spitfire scrambler that had been converted to street use way back.

The Spitfire Scrambler frame I just got doesn't have the loops. I got the loops as parts, as previous owner was intending to add them. Don't see reason to do so myself. Whether done up as a Scrambler, or as an RGS, I won't be looking to pick up passengers.

Possibly Musky, but persuading them to get onto the back of my bike first  seems to put them off  *shh* oops inappropriate
All the best - Bill
