Yeah...a great picture taken in my era.

FWIW....my guess is that the bike on the right of the picture is a Villiers Twin Engined 2T James or Francis Barnett.  It might even be an Ambassador or a Cotton.  Quite a few bike manufacturers used them.  I'm sure that somebody can zoom in and identify it.

The bike on the right looks like it may be a Francis Barnett Cruiser 75 with a Villiers 225cc single judging by the raised casting on the primary cover.
