guess that got shaved off too...
« on: 07.04. 2014 22:04 »
 Guys,

The side stand clamp was shaved off this bike, as was the gas tank mount

 from the top tube.

After cleaning off the purple paint and rust, the shadows are clear to see.

Any ideas as to where I can get replacements, or what can be used that wont look too far out of place?

Hi I'm in the UK and can say that the saddle bit (for the tank) is available or was three or four years ago, now as to where I got it ?????, I'll have a dig around see if can find a receipt or site. Someone might know of course

Both my A's have clamp on's, with just a tack of weld to stop them slipping. BUT their not as strong as the originals so care must be taken kicking the bike over when on the side stand.
