I have fibre ones between the banjos and the R/box, but the banjo bolts have a taper, so self sealing...?

Yes Shaun.

The part number is 15-0203.  If my memory serves me correctly I think they are made out of copper.

If so, they should be annealed prior to fitting.

Shaun

Last week I recieved a set of washers for the rocker feed line from Draganfly.

The ones supplied are some sort of fibre .

So far no leaks  *smile*

Hi Shaun, I've used both copper and fibre and on one occasion purchased some washers that were copper edged and fibre ,they worked well but only once . Don't be heavyhanded with the spanner or you can bow the banjo and the oil will pee everywhere .Oh and periodically check 'em they do loosen and has I found out yesterday the oil spreads over everything  ( I'd forgot to check the buggers ) Best of luck ,BobH.

Have used the reddish\hard fibre, never had any leaks. A careful re-tightening after a while is a good move.

I found some copper washers for a Vauxhall car sump plug fits just fine. Can't remember the model, but I saw them in halfords when looking for something else, and they looked about the right size. Fitted them many years ago and haven't had any leaks since - and yes, I did anneal them.
