Roll out some chicken wire, connect your magneto to it, and if you see a cat on it, give it a couple of turns
I bet in a week or so no cat will dare come on your lawn again.
If that don't help, be nice to Bill and maybe he will lend you his dog

I saw this on while on Holiday in France , !!! as you know dogs cant read French !! LOL

I have heard that if you go to a local Zoo or Wild life Park and ask the keepers for a piece of Lion or Tiger Crap
place this in your garden and it will keep the kittys at bay ??????
