RGS QD plug in headlamp shell
« on: 03.07. 2014 12:00 »
I am getting ready to assemble my QD plug in headlamp shell. The one thing I do not have is the QD headlamp wiring socket retaining nuts and bolts (or should that be screws)? Does anyone know what size they should be?

A10,
The screws on mine are 4BA x 3/8" round head with nuts and star washers. There is also a round reinforcing ring on the inside, if you didn't know.

Trev, thank you for that information. I do have the reinforcing ring. I got the complete plug and socket replacement kit from Tricor, but for some reason the fasteners were not included in the kit. I shall get some ordered ASAP.

Most british electricals used BA threads.
