Hi I'm a new boy in the forum and need some help,
I need brake shoes for my 1958 A10 8'' front brake, recently arrived from the UK a pair of shoes purchased on Ebay from Montys Classics, advertised to fit an A10 8'' cast hub front brake, unfortunately they don't fit. The cam area and the fulcrum area are way to wide and the fulcrum contact area is also the wrong diameter.
Has anyone encountered this problem when purchasing brake shoes for their A10.
The shoes that arrived are good quality and I can use the on another BSA so no problems there. I have just sent a message to Montys via Ebay to get their ideas.
