Rev counter 3.1

Yes , I didn't check the numbers on the face. My sources say 1309/00 is a 2.1. But of course the faces are easily changed. I wonder if that's the case otherwise why put 3.1 on it?

Even more confusing is that according to my records the RC1309/00 was a 10k tacho, not 8k. See this table from the web.
