Crankcase breather

Hi guys a little help needed, 1961 A7 its leaking oil between the dynamo and the timing case,Derby Rob had the same problem  he fixed it with a gasket. My question is can i buy a timing case gasket and cork dynamo gasket by themselves or do i have to by a complete gasket set?  And where is the best place to buy them.

His engine was a rebuild,mine is thought to have been rebuilt.

I decided to make a start on the bike today i didn't get very far all the bolts on the timing case are mangled,they are allen key,any idea's as to how to crack them i thought center punch but don't want to damage anything,so i'll ask you guys first.

Removing case screws usually requires a soaking in penetrating solution followed by gentle heat applied around the area, in my case from a DIY plumbers gas torch. My screws were still slot-headed so I was able to use an impact driver. A tap with a flat ended drift should help to loosen them and also close the socket a bit but this is delicate work so be careful. If your socket-headed screws have been mangled you may be able to grind down a larger allen key to fit them tightly again.
The trouble with Allen screws is they can be tightened much more than a standard screw so good luck!

I removed the timing case cover today and the dynamo chain compartment was full of grease,when i rebuild should i pack it with grease as there is no mention of it in my manual.   1961 a7ss.

G'day Bill.
Yes pack some low temp grease in, enough to 1/4 fill the compartment. When it gets hot the grease melts and forms a pool for the chain to run through.
I have a selection of allen keys with 1/2" shanks to fit the impact driver. Worth their weight in gold.
