Hi, I am just starting the restoration of my 1960 A10 spitfire and could do with some guidance on where to aquire the best quality parts to do this! I know Leightons for the seat but does anyone know where to source the CORRECT type mudguards, chainguard and fork shrouds? Any tips at all on parts sources for this model would be great. Tried to attach a pic of the bike but the file is too large so will try and post again later when the Mrs gets home!!

Try Rodger at Cake st classics ,nice guy and very helpful if he can't help he may be able to pint you in the right direction ,also any stainless stuff try His friend Barleycorn engineering all my stuff came from him ,excellent quality still good on my bike 10 yrs on likewise th goldie type guards from Rodger , absolutely no connection with these companies except as a happy customer ,cheers ears , BobH.
