Had a look at the cylinder head they advertised and wasn't bad but has you say pricey haven't seen barrels yet . Norvin are they something to do with the Vincent club ? Seem to have seen there logo about for some time but never had need or inclination before to dig but that may now change, regards Bob

If you are going to manufacture new barrels then why wouldn't you make them in aluminium alloy with a nikasil (sp?) bore?

I think that's the guy I guy spoke to a couple of years ago, Mike Pipe was his name...Think I mentioned it back then. I thought the VOC have ownership rights to Vincent parts, and to buy you need proof of ownership of a Vincent and club member...?? Maybe they are the guys who make those bits- someone has to ???

Could've reworded this in the "Vincent HRD Parts" though...!! not a good plug for themselves *smile*

A Norvin is a Vinnie motor in a Notrun f/bed frame.
I just emailed a mate who's up there in the Vincent world to get his feedback.
The head and barrels look the goods.
Cheers

Just had alook at there stuff, looks pretty good and hopefully may have a knock on effect in that it must help to cap prices of ally heads and barrels which has we've all seen are getting beyond a joke!Bob

Just heard back from the Vinie connection. Draw your own conclusions but I'd say buyer beware.
Cheers
