I agree with Muskrat - I got my original barrels resleeved and bore is back to standard. The PO attempted to do the ton on it many years ago. He succeeded but the con rod didn't like to move so fast, so escaped out the crank case, taking a bit of the spigot with it, just like in your example. I let my machinist source the sleeves to ensure there was enough metal left on the barrels to cope with the stresses.
