Rocker Box stud thread size

Hi All,
Just a quick one - got the rocker box back on without to much hassle only to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory when one of the corner studs pulled it's thread. I now have to order a helicoil kit ,is it 5/16 BSW ?
Thanks for your time

John, I think Duncan's talking about the studs that go in on the underside of the box and pass through the 4 holes in the head.
On both my iron head bikes it's 5/16 WW. Had to helicoil a couple of them to.

Hi,
OK morris, I was thinking of the top bolts, which are different on alloy and iron heads

Thanks all - I will order a 5/16 BSW helicoil kit. It is one of the 4 corner ones that pass through the head from the top and fasten underneath the head
